Cyera is acquiring Trail Security

The news yesterday that Cyera is acquiring Trail Security appears to be a big market shake-up since we now have a $3B unicorn in Data Security. https://lnkd.in/gSHSp7QG As a practitioner in the space, I am challenged by what this acquisition provides to the Cyera platform. I do not understand the mystery around Trail since all they say is “an AI-powered data loss prevention (DLP) company.” What does that mean? Cloud DLP, SaaS DLP, Email DLP, Web DLP, Endpoint DLP? I would have liked to see more about what Trail does with this announcement, but I am also a DLP nerd wanting to understand how things work.
